Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care: Trees of Life

Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care: Trees of Life

Trees of Life is a time-honored annual community tradition which remembers those we love through the purchase of a light, an ornament or a starburst during the winter holiday season.

In its 40th year, the event culminates with an outdoor tree-lighting ceremony at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, where loved ones names are read in remembrance.

Tribute is also paid to our military and first responders by illuminating a special red, white, and blue tree in their honor. Hundreds of people attend regardless of the weather.

Music and complimentary refreshments also add to the spirit.

Trees of Life is free to attend.
